My adventure into the escape room world started with a single birthday surprise… one game in October 2015 was all it took to spark a passion I couldn’t ignore. After just a few games in Charlotte, I knew I didn’t just want to play, I wanted to build unforgettable escape adventures of my own.

From that moment on, I immersed myself in the thriving escape room community, learning from industry veterans and absorbing everything I could about crafting experiences that thrill, challenge, and inspire. Even as life moved me from place to place, my dream stayed alive. Finally, in 2021, it took flight when I partnered with an established escape room in Virginia Beach. From designing and building new rooms to leading a talented team and handling the nuts and bolts of daily operations, I fell in love with every piece of the puzzle.

Now, I’m bringing that same energy, creativity, and dedication to Monroe, NC. I believe this town deserves an escape room, as unique and vibrant as its community —a place where families, friends, coworkers, and adventure seekers can come together to solve mysteries, make memories, and discover just how much fun it is to escape the ordinary.

Every game at The Bat And The Bee is crafted with heart, curiosity, and a touch of magic, inspired by over a hundred rooms that I’ve played worldwide and the countless connections I’ve made within this incredible industry.
